My Summer Vacation
During my summer vacation, I went to Beijing with my family. It was my first time visiting the capital city of China and I was very excited about it. We spent a week there and visited many famous tourist attractions such as the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and the Summer Palace.
While we were there, we also tried many local foods. Peking duck was definitely my favorite. We also went to a few shopping malls and bought some souvenirs for our friends and family back home.
I really enjoyed my time in Beijing. The city was so different from my hometown and there was so much to see and do. I loved learning about the history of China and seeing all of the amazing architecture. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.
